About 7:30 Saturday morning my husband asked me to come look at the scene outside. These guys usually fly over on their way home from a visit to the lake, but this morning, I guess they decided to walk it. How funny to see these 14 geese walking up the street. My husband ran out with the camera to get pictures for me. He was too late to get in front of them for a head on shot. It was about that time they decided they were tired of walking and would fly the rest of the way.
Usually on my way to work about 6:30 I have to watch for the ducks that decide they want to cross the street. Why do the ducks decide to cross the street? To get to the other side, of course. This is the first time I have seen the geese do it though.
Is anyone else having trouble with their computer? Mine takes minutes to load a page. It is the most frustrating thing. I keep switching from Mozilla to IE and back thinking it will make a difference, but nothing is working. Usually I can't get a complete sentence keyed before a photo has uploaded, not today.
I was trying to pay some bills online and it was taking so long I was afraid the bank would time me out.
I think I had overloaded my computer with photos. Photos of my work and others that I save and it had b - o - g - g - e - d me down something fierce.

It looks like I am back to somewhat normal. I have another post of the cards I made yesterday so I will sign off and go load some photo. in my next post.
Thanks for tuning in.
Hi Leslie... thanks for sharing those beautiful Canada Geese, I love them! That is such a sight to see them walking down your street... simply beautiful! xoxo Julie Marie
ReplyDeleteThose photos are priceless. How funny it must have been to watch them waddle down the street. Would you believe we have Canada geese that actually stay here year round? There is always open water below the dam, so that's were they hang out. If I had wings, there is no way I'd stay put in the frozen tundra all winter. LOL.
