Happy Saturday

Hi All,
Hope you are having a great Saturday. I am feeling great, for a change.

Here are 5 cards that I made for my friend at work who lost her sister several weeks ago. She had the usual cards that you get from the funeral home, but she wanted some special ones for the ministers and choir. I hope these fit the bill. She seemed pleased with them. Even showed them off to people who stopped by her desk.





I used the funeral home card for the sentiments inside and out and I didn't have a stamp that said: 'in appreciation' so I printed it on the computer. I realize now that I could have cut the sentiment out in various shapes and not all ovals. I really think I need another oval die, maybe a little more narrow. Hello Nestabilities!?!
We were a little late this year in choosing an Employee of the Year and yesterday my friend and lunch buddy, Gwen, was chosen. She is also the lady for whom I made these cards.
I am happy to say that I was in the top 4 finalists for employee of the year and that is saying a lot when I have only been there for 7 months.
I have a baby shower card to make and start on favors for another lady's rehearsal dinner/luau. I will be plenty busy in the scrap room.
