For a teacher - you may notice that I used this pattern several times. I was kind of in a hurry. It bothers me when I get so busy and don't get a card made for someone. |
|
A teacher asked me to make a card for her sister-in-law's 50th birthday. She didn't want me to put the age on the card so I figured using the silver card stock would work for 50, you know 50th anniversary or silver jubilee. Subtle in thought! |
|
This card is for the same teacher. She has a friend at church who is celebrating either her 84th or 85th birthday. I am sorry it is so busy. I was copying a card from one of my cardmaker's magazines and got carried away. |
|
Another quickie card for a para - teacher's aide. |
|
For a kindergarten teacher. |

Ta Da!!!!!!!!!! Isn't this just the coolest thing you have ever seen? My friend, Sharon Field, a Stampin' Up rep, made one for me and I loved it so much I made one for my up-line, Faye. Sharon has a tutorial on her blog today for how to make these ATG stands. Check out her blog: Created By You. Here is the link. Be sure to email me and let me know if you make one, I would love to see all the different ones made out there |

I spent about an hour trying to find the original post that I had copied to make this picture, but cannot find it anywhere. Of Course, it is copied, you don't think I am this clever, I hope.
I sure wish I could have found it to give proper credit. I made one for myself back in 2008 and framed it. Had it hanging on my office wall and a woman I work with asked me to make a couple of them for her. She wants to make a layout for her mom and aunt who have made several trips to the beach for vacations. |

This one is only a smidgen different in the placement of the shells. I used colonial white, parchment and sky card stock, some colonial white brads and the stamp set Footprints with Desert Sand ink. |
Thanks for tuning in. Have a great weekend.
